Merit odds 
All other horses which are not in merit odds list are 10/1 and above. Compare race time odds with Merit odds to segregate Jobbers with Non Jobbers.  Jobbers will have race time odds less than Merit odds whereas Non jobbers will be available at higher odds than merit odds.Allow a margin of 10% on either side. If more than one horse is positive in Odds then leave that race, also if first fav is withdrawn then Merit Odds for that race should be ignored
