 Jockey Nakhat Singh license has been suspended by the Stewards of Madras Race Club from 16 May 2024 upto 31 Dec 2024 for not allowing the horse to run on its merit on his mount MULTICROWN. Jockey Nakhat Singh as a disqualified person not permitted to enter the stable area at any Turf Authority of India.

True justice is served only when the victim is compensated appropriately either by the convicted or the authority. 

Punters who backed Multicrown were the victims of Jockey Nakhat Singh's criminal act resulting in huge monetary loss. Clubs have made rules to safeguard their interests for such scenario,and as such punters cannot approach courts for Punitive action for the accused and compensation for being victims of a cheating act. 

Can clubs be absolved of all legal and moral responsibilities by merely suspending jockey, what about the punters money( proceeds of crime)
