Good competitive card except for first and last event.
Race1:Ziglar(3)-Win
One One One who failed as fav in last run,will be fancied again due to weak field and inform jockey,can win.
Ziglar is back to class 3 where it won fluently,positive change of shoes and speedy trackwork indicates that it will be fully extended,has chance to win.
Classic crown or Striking Gold can fill in third place.
Race2:Strides Of Glory(1)-Win
Strides Of Glory lost to better horse last time,has good chance to win this race.
Sea Runner is tracked regularly,now entrusted to Mumbai Jockey,has won twice over 1100mts,now runs among its peer,may not be able to do much.
Wedding Gift inspite of slow start in its last run finished close 6th,absence from tracks indicate connections intent for class down,to be backed when runs in class3.
Ponte Verdi is running with -ve change of shoes,will run easy.
Odalis is active in tracks and pool,will place.
Shataskhi planted in its last run,can now place at longer odds.
Race3:Ice Lolly(7)-Win
Ice Lolly won very impressively clocking handsome finishing time,should not have much difficulty in picking up this race,can be considered as days Best.
Play The Music was interfered in its last run,hence finished 18lengths behind winner,will have to improve a lot to pose any challenge to Ice Lolly,at best can finish second.
Castle Rock props on top position in my way of handicapping,unfortunately no trackwork or pool exercise and finishing 30 lengths behind in both runs of this season are too strong factors to be ignored,if takes level jump can place at huge odds.
The Himalayas runs with -ve shoes,when on job runs with A,anyways this distance is bit sharp,needs 1400.
Staccato is not sighted in tracks or pools after its last run where it finished good second to Ice Rain,may be it will be tried when fancied least,should be followed.
Race4:Nano Desire(4)-Win
Shiehks Emperor and Silver Lid are the ones which have travelled this distance but former is not sighted in tracks after last run whereas later now runs surprisingly with -ve change of shoes,if this is done to get good odds will be known after race.
HawkSpring has failed as hot fav in both runs of this season,now tested over 10 furlongs,has to carry top weight,not an easy job.
Nano Desire was seen finishing on well in its last run under weak jockey,now with strong saddle assistence and extra 400 mts to travel,will take lot of beating.
Laurel Canyon will not sustain this distance.
Race5:Big Boss(7)-Win
Big Boss won well last time,continues to be in good nick,can win.
Street Magic will not be able to sustain till end carrying this top weight..however trackwork suggests that there may be change of tactics and they may opt for late finishing tactics instead of habitual front running,will the horse adapt to new way of running is the big question.
Cannon Law showed clean pair of heels to relatively stronger company,may place here.
Hurricane Dancer is running after a lay off of 7 months,will need this run.
Race6:Don Valentino(2)
Mystical Knight literally flew in final 50mts to win impressively in its last run beating Alexander Square and Golden Queen {both won in their next outing},keeping fit as evident by regular track work,but the question here is that it has never won over 1400mts,infact its previous wins were over 1200mts,so will it able to sustain this distance?not an easy job.
Don Valentino's last run can be ignored as it never duly extended at any stage of race,now runs in suitable distance and can win.
Golden Queen will not be able to sustain this distance with top weight.
Garcia Marquise can upset if Don Valentino is found lacking the will to win.
Race7:Machiavellianism(2)-Win
Main event of the day.Race is restricted to Machiavellianism,Borsalino and Plenipotent.
Machiavellianism has beaten Borsalino in Bangalore over the same distance,has feel of this track and can win.
Borsalino showed clean pairs of heels to entire field in Bangalore Derby,is highest rated in this field but lack of experience of this track can cost it dearly.
If stablemate Machiavellianism falters then Plenipotent will extend its best.
Race8:Laughing Eyes(4)/Maharadhi(5)/Sheridan(7)
Not an ideal race for wagering purpose.
