Race1:Sweet Heart(6)-Win Iki Tombi-Upset
Race is restricted to Sweet Heart and Iki Tombi.Sweet Heart has been moved from Prasad Raju's stable to Deshmukh's stable{most of Col B Nair's horse have},one can safely assume the fact that trainer would not disappoint his new owner.
Race2:Aarohan(2)-Win Aarohan&Senorita-Upset
In my way of handicapping Senorita emerges as shade better than Young Sapper.Senorita received interference in its debut run,not extended in tracks,can do well if intended or else Young Sapper and Flowers Of Music will fight it out.Aarohan ran easy in its last two runs but tracking very well,can be different customer this time.
Race3:-Flashy Conquest(2)-Win Sorbitrate&Aadya Aadya Aadya-Upset
Impressive final track, +ve change of shoes and jky makes Flashy Conquest universal choice. Aadya Aadya Aadya impressed on debutand can place ahead of Sorbritrate who has good initial speed and will extend its best.
Race4:Alberton Star(1)-Win Armada&India Gate-Upset
Alberton Star looks best of lot and can win.Armada could not find room in final furlong in its last run,will give Alberton Star run for its money.India Gate will place.If u believe in the logic that if fav wins then an unfancied horse comes in place to balance the book of bookies then opt for Heyden.
Race5:Splendid Act(3)-Win Aljaded &Flaming Ruby-Upset
Ideal first leg of jackpot on a day when carried over amount is added.Tristar and Flaming Ruby jointly emerge on top,but strangely both are not sighted in tracks.Flaming Ruby almost emerged as winner in last run.Splendid Act was badly interfered by Chestnut Charmer in its last run and merits another attention.Aljadeed is running in money and will try its best to win.I would opt Splendid Act for win.
Race6:Pygmalion(4)-Win Sparkling Saphire&Royal Degree-Upset
Pygmalion has good initial speed,can hold on till end if race fit.Royal Degree is not sighted in tracks,has good initial speed,can place at longer odds.Sparkling Saphire was mighty impressive winner in its last run,can repeat.Surya Putra is in hands of rookie who may falter in this fast pace race and looks like second choice of stable,first being Dancing Harbour.
Race7:Dancing Touch(4)-Win OneMission&Prohibition-Upset
Its strange to digest the fact that after beating Crocodile hunter Above the line ran like a dud in its next run.Dancing Touch is working very well and can win.One Mission at this weight is live threat and cannot be ignored.Prohibition is long shot place prospect.
Race8:Aprilla(6)-Win Napolean(3)&-Raptures Of Victory(5)Upset
Three points go against Aprilla.First is step up distance,Second is Trainer winning Derby thereby not showing interest in other races{Kakatiya cup last week is an example} and third is inclusion of this race in jackpot pool.Napolean was mighty impressive winner and can upset all calculations.Rapture of Victory this time has great chance.
Race9:City Dancer(9)-Win Play Zone&Allegation-Upset
Nandanavanna requires 8 furlongs,moresover is at stiff handicap,can be ignored for win.Citi Dancer showed good turn of foot in its last run and can capitilise on that form.Play Zone is at tidy handicap and can upset.Tiara can be ignored for win.Allegation is winner of same class and cannot be ignored.Ultra Violet ray did all the running till last furlong before being petered out over 8 furlongs,with 200mts less to travel this time,can win if its stable mate City Dancer falters out.

yesterday some very intersting incident which i am quoting here
In uk races, Newbury -13 th feb 2010,saturday,
in a six horse field over 3 mile race, anon chase race the favorite was available at 1.17, mind it , it was traded around 1.17 a ridiculous price
even if one lays say 1000 pounds the liability was only 17 pounds
all the experts and public were of the opinion that none can beat the favorite, Denman rated 182 official rating , lost to the second favorite at 9 to 1 .
if one looks at the probability of the odds 1.17 = 85.7 and the second fav at 9to1 11.1 totaling =96.8 percent,
the result speaks about the uncertainty of this game.
the moral is
the layers stand to win
if they meticulously Lay the odds on favorites
with zeal.
they live life of abundance because the punters think smaller the price, odds, the more certainty of the outcome

but let us not go for some challenges,
a humble request to you
do not make statement like this
you can say it is the best horse and could win
and enjoy the game
there are big punters who are laying-eating the favorites in fact jodis and living happily

ReplyDeleteYes lot of silly mistakes,Youngsapper for win and Aarohan for upset should have been for second race..But i carelessly wrote wrong....It is some times painstaking to give numbers against names which leaves room for errors...This one was costly mistake...

I know that only thing certain abt racing is "uncertainity".Its really surprising to see rebukes and admonishments i recieved for that post...Now that race is over i should not say anything abt outcome....
Bottom line ur selctions were awesome. Indeed it was great day, the comments were in deep to make decisions at the race time.
