Looks like we are headed for a long break in indian racing, recent events of fresh cases at Mumbai have effectively put away whatever little chances we had of April races..It all boils down to Ooty races scheduled to start from April 14th
However to satiate the urgings to handicap a race event and speculate outcome based on various variable I have decided to work on international races and have chosen to start with Happy Valley races which I feel are closest to Indian racing
So will post my selections for Happy Valley racing to be held on 18th March
