Following are my selections for Bangalore Derby day races.

Race1

1 .Voice Of India

3 .Glory Bound

4 .Voodoo Moon

Glory Bound may not sustain this distance.

Man United has failed on many occasions even when ridden by top jockeys.

Sparkling Adventure is winner of lower class,will not sustain this distance in higher class.

Voice Of India is knocking door this season,can win.

Voodoo Moon is genuine upset horse,good place prospect.

Race2

3 .All My Colours

6 .Caspian Sea

5 .Express It

All My Colors has been cleverly brought down in scales,working well and has enough class to beat this field..

Caspian Sea was sharply penalized after its win in this class{15 points},in my view it should have come down by further 2 points before going all out,however will extend its best here.

Express It is hiding true form which is evident by sharp increase in ratings even though it has done nothing noteworthy,will place on this D Day.

Race3

1 .Immense

9 .Cherelle

4 .Tempus Fugit

Immense is impressive in gate practises,can surprise in debut run.

Cherelle is well bred,looks well prepared has good chance to win on debut.

Tempus Fugit met too good Tsavorite{won again in next outing},with +ve switch of shoes will be in contention.

Awarding was seen falling back in final furlong,looks underprepared.

Race4

12.Saratoga

5 .Defiance

1 .Peacemaker

Saratoga has been knocking door for sometime,with better saddle assistance this time,has good chance to win.

Defiance failed in lower class,can hope to do well.

Peacemaker being a Filly is bad carrier of top weight.

Rip Van Winkle can place at longer odds.

Race5

1 .Splendid Surprise

6 .Firezone

9 .Cielo Rey

Splendid Surprise has enough class to beat this field.

Firezone was badly ridden last time,will extend its best here,can place.

Ceilo Rey can only hope to place.

Race6

9 .Portobello

5 .Table Mountain

4 .Dante's Peak

Portbello is better placed than Table Mountain and Dante’s Peak,is at feather weight and can earn long due win.

Table Mountain will follow Portbello home.

Dante’s Peak has been ultraconsistent and can place.

Raptor’s Force is best suited for 1600-1800.

Scimitar is unreliable type.

11.Youre So Beautiful

8 .Becket

7 .Star Alliance

Youre So Beautiful was tested over this distance in its last run,that would have helped a lot ,has good chance to win Derby.

Beckett has not been tried over mile in race and even in tracks,connections are taking huge risk by directly opting for this longer distance.

Star Alliance has enough staying power to upset all calculations.

Race8

1 .Greenbro

11.Ice Mint

5 .Party Tonite

Greenbro after clearing maidens in impressive manner ran listless in 40-65 class,has enough class to beat this field.

Ice Mint can only hope to place.

Party Tonite managed to win due to some friendly assistance by Saratoga,will place.

Rumour Proof being a filly will not be able to carry this weight.

Persian Rock’s last track where it clocked 38 seconds for 600mts is highly impressive,can upset.

Race9

7 .Camelot

1 .Spring A Surprise

2 .Mystere

Camelot if takes a level jump can easily win this race.

Spring A Surprise fails to sustain after 6 furlongs,can hold on to runner up berth.

Mystere was runaway winner of lower class consisting of non performers,can only hope to place.
