Bangalore 04.07 Time form Ratings and Race Card

To access the race card click on the link below. Apart from regular info you can check TR, average TR of last 3 runs, Day Variant { a far better tool to judge the Day Going than PNR, negative figure signifies faster time and above zero signifies slower time, so your adjusted time will be Time-day variant}, Stats like Trainer-Jockey Partnership, Class, Class+Distance . This is the basic form, in future will add few more stats like Season stats, H+jky and First Up. Also aiming to incorporate Dosage Profiles, Professionals stats { Current season and over all} ,  odds of last run and expected odds for the current race. All this can achieved in few days at max. Most ambitious thing is to parse the data of comments I have for each horse, I need to find a method to make all the comments for a horse into a compact general observation, may take lot of time

Time form Rating [Standard Method] represents true class value of the horse, if rating of a horse breaches upper limit of class then it has a clear superiority over others in the race. In this card 6-2 Vorfreude breaches class upper limit by a good margin, in the same race Divo and Peridot are also rated above the class upper limit. Race-4 Manwar and Hazel are almost close to the upper limit while rest others are far behind. This are Raw Ratings, pls apply handicapping factors. 

Note that TR is able to differentiate between Div of the same class. Race-2 which is Div-3 of class-5 has a top rated horse of 14.1 where as Race-5 Div-2 of class-5 has top rated at 19.1 and R-6 Div-1 of class-5 has three horses breaching the upper limit
