Almost all horses have class hence cannot adopt elimination method

What intrigued me most was weights raised by 3kgs factor.

If we assess jky body weight and handicap weights before raise we can easily make out that Strategic Move is at benefit of 2 kgs …in simple words we can say that other horses are carrying 2 kgs extra to be at par with Strategic Move

What emboldens me to pick it as first choice is recent Mockrace where it won by distance

Rule down under should be in 1-2
