In absence of finishing times it becomes very difficult for speed rating calculations.Efforts were to assess timings  as close as it can be .

Ooty race course is typical horizontal P shaped with just 200mts of straight ,those who are in front at bend will obivously have upper hand.Outstation jockeys like Zervan and Neeraj Rawal have accepted to ride at this centre,much will depend on how well they adopt to tricky course
