DEAR SIR KINDLY EXPLAIN ABOUT YOUR RATING
DR stands for Dynamic Ratings,a system to list horses according to their speed potentials
There are many schools of speed handicapping following different parameters and standards
We try to get speed rating of a horse as close as possible to current race in form of Jockey/Class/Distance
Our aim is to develop or improve our system to a level where we will be able to give DR for a race day in such a way that all Top rated DR horses should place,atleast 50% of Top rated DR horse should win and Winner should be from 4 top rated DR horses
Sometimes we get very close ..sometimes we fail

It is a long complex mathematical process difficult to understand without live demonstration
On net u can find many tutorials on this subject
