With as many as 85 proxies registered against proposed enhancement of 50 members it's almost certain that resolution on 15th November will be defeated
Gov has made it clear that license will not be issued unless 50 members of its choice are inducted
In all probability BTC will opt for legal route which is time consuming and costly as well ,even if they manage a stay from court it will not be an easy task to run day to day activities of club without help from local administration
