I want to thank all you guys who have generously complimented me on getting 7 winners out of 8..Well Kohinoor Thunder stole the show or else it would have been a straight 8..BTW Kohinoor Thunder returned bleeding.

I take this opportunity to tell that iam lucky to have such generous,understanding and intelligent readers.Just last week this blog was struggling to find even one decent winner but still i was not ridiculed or insulted.Thank you guys!!!!


Not an ideal race card which has two lowest class race,2 races for oldies

Race1:Oasis Vision(4)-Win

Terms race for 3 yrs old and up.Only oasis Vision and Odalis are 3yrs old rest all above 5yrs

Oasis Vision was seen devouring ground rapidly in its last run where it failed to beat Indian Epic by whisker,has good chance to win.

Da Xia is winner of same age group,will run easy.

The Leader has won well but now facing relatively tougher opposition.

Odalis is best suited for 1200mts,will do all the running before petering out.

Rosemead gets top rider but its last win was in same age group,has lost form completely.

Ruffiano is tracking very well and running consistently this season,even though long in tooth can end up in 1-2

Race2:Cypress Way(2)/Valley Crossing(3)

Cherry Hill is non winner,gets top rider this time,looks very difficult to me.

Cypress Way is now running without TS but not in tracks for last 35 days,has won a race in this class in last winter season,Monsoon campaign was to reduce handicap.

Valley crossing is non winner  ridden by a rider who is yet to get a winner this season even after 27 rides,in last winter finished good second over 1100mts,can upset.

Victory sky is running in this class for the first time and trainer has opted for +ve switch of rider and shoes,earlier was under Deshmukh,won a race over 1800mts as hot fav but 2 yrs back,no idea abt its present state..

Sugar Deal is non winner for 58 runs,ignore
Bold Brigade has lost form completely,non winner for 2.5 yrs,failed in this lowest class also

Race3:Caladuim(1)/Maid For Love(8)

Caladium is running in this class for first time,now runs with +ve switch of shoes,tracking very impressively,can win.

Max Baby may need more ground.
Maid for love is non winner,now gets good rider.
Hard Hit is nonwinner,failed as fav in same class,can be ignored.

Race4:Smrithiman(4)/Ice Mountain(2)

Kansas City Mac is best for 1400mts,will not be able to carry this weight inspite of top saddle artist astride.

Ice Mountain is on downslide ever since it won a race in class 2 almost 2 yrs back,has reduced handicap significantly,runs with +ve switch of shoes and rider with good preparation,will be on job.

Smrithiman is running in most apt distance and will be the one to be beaten here.

Eloquence is running with +ve switch of shoes but i do get a feeling that it is looking for class down,will run easy here.

Race5:Chemeli(6)/Over Taker(7)

Yet another race for oldies.

Rich And Famous may be fancied in this lower class,earlier failed as fav in same class,will not be able to sustain this distance.

Krithiman in hands of ace jockey lost in ordinary company,now runs with +ve switch of shoes,winner of class 2,this horse is on downslide,no signs of any good form

 Palace Affairs and Striking Gold will not be able to sustain this distance.

Chemeli has come down in handicap rapidly,failed as fav with same rider astride due to slow start,but now at this handicap should not be ignored.

Over Taker has been lightly penalised,can repeat

Race6:Golden Palace(1)/Front Line(8)

Golden Palace's second to Vijays Dhara beating finishing ahead of Kohinoor Wish and  Surya Lakshmi,has very good chance to win this race.

Melody Queen at this handicap does not impress.

Vijaykeerthi needs more groumd,agreed it won in 1400mts but tht was in class 2 not in this class

Frontline has come down in ratings by 3.5kgs,never ran in this class,if not looking for class down then can upset.

Hero's Choice won well last time but one cannot ignore the fact that it is unreliable type,lethargic slow starter in some races,surprisingly in mockrace has not done well

Jabel Queen is non winner for 17months,has changed stables from S A Abbas to M Srinivas Reddy,has top rider who can extract best from it

Race7:Coral Spring(7)/Greek Fire(3)

Race for youngsters.Five of them are winners.

It is obivous that winners will be preferrred.

But iam more inclined to select Coral Springs because it has not been duly extended to full potential,both runs were forward and last run was very very good,can beat this winners.

Greek Fire was impressive winner.

Race8:VijaysChamp(3)

Vijays Champ is blazing tracks,is winning as it likes,can repeat

Flying Spur and Aerosmith for minor placings
