Hyderabad 3rd October-->Pointers,Selections

False rails were up originally when races were scheduled for 30th September...2nd October was no false rails day.will they be able to put up rails and measure the distances accordingly in such a short time??? World of Difference happens when False rails are up or No False rails.In absence of any clarification from HRC over this issue it is assumed that False rails will be there and as such all selections are made accordingly.If there is an announcement contrary to this then this selections stand null and void

Card looks interesting,all races have competitive look.

My final selections would be

Rebut(2-7)
Sea Runner(6-11)
Exclusive(7-11)

Race1:Ektto Ektto Ektto(2)-Win

Chemeli will be fancied due to jockey,is slow starter cannot be trusted

Ektto Ektto Ektto won impressively last time,working well thereafter can return as winner again,

Valley Crossing is showing out in gate practises,last run was dubious,has good chance to place.


Race2:Rebut(7)-Win{Days Best}


Rebut displayed amazing initial speed in its last run over 1200mts,now with 100mts less to travel will take of lot of beating.

Racing Queen if ridden properly in its last run would have beaten Ice Hill,it needs to settle down well,can win only if Rebut gets weakened enough to be over taken.

Prince Prashant,Ceremonious,Sushen  and Gold Medal does not impress in this set.

Watch out for Komo Komo Komo for huge place prospect.

Race3:Twenty Five Pips(1)-Win

Conventional Racing Wisdom says that if a horse has given forward run in the first run of season it will return as winner in next three outings.Twenty Five Pips has given good forward run in the first run of season and in subsequent runs ran on close,will be different customer this time and can upset.

Handsome Hunk was impressive third last time,will finish in top 2.

Drum Beat may not sustain.

Crown Crystal may find this distance sharp.

Race4:Apprise(3)-Win

Apprise is enjoying prefered handicap reduction,has reached suitable handicap,should run a good race and can win.

Stylish Chieftan was failed fav in last run in moderate company,now runs with blks on,will go all out.

Jaz Ellle should place.

Merry Maid can sneak in place at longer odds if any of the above falters.

Race5:Green Bay(3)-Win

Sweet Candy is not sighted in tracks,may not be able to carry this weight.

Green Bay's last run was par below expectations,can make amends.

P S Chauhan earlier has succesfully ridden Madams Madam to victory but now runs in steel shoes.

Aerosmith is the one which can upset all calculations.Watch out for market trends,if in odds surely worth taking a chance

Race6:Sea Runner(11)-Win

Sea Runner was seen moving well in its last run inspite of hanging in,tracking impressively thereafter,at this weight will be the one to be beaten.

Outermost box in last run effected free run of Rohini Star,will be fancied but i do feel it will not be able to sustain till end on this False rails day.

Silver Crown is being  extended in tracks,responding well,will be on job,place is certain.

Best Pal is working well,drawn in innermost box,has won a race in this class in winter,will try to make pillar to post victory but being false rails day will fold up in final furlong.

Cristiano returned to race track after suffering a setback in last monsoon season,trainer trying it in all distance  starting from 1400 to 1600 now in 1200,ideal distance is 1400mts..however gelding carrying top weight is difficult


Race7:Exclusive(11)-Win

Exclusive displayed amazing turn of foot in last run,with 100mts less to travel,has rosy chances.

Dastaan in last race opened at 20/1 and in no time was backed down to 5/1,could not do much..Looks like connections have strong hope on it...it was tested with blks in track,responded well to the same and now runs with +ve switch of shoes,looks like it will be hotly fancied whether it can oblige or not is something no can say with conviction.

Incredible India now runs with XNB on,was tested in tracks by A Imran Khan,one wonders y trainer did not use services of the same in race which he did for other horses ,may be the connections are not fancying its chances.

Maharidhi has raced with better horses,will try to stage pillar to post victory.
