**UPDATE** 11.30am:Thankfully it has not rained heavily for last 30mins,,,only light showers...we can except action if it does not rain for another 30mins.

10.30AM:Bad news,It started raining again...this time it looks like will last for long.

10AM:Races ON....track is clear and certified fit for racing.If sun does not come out,then going must be considered as HEAVY

As a result of torrential rains last night water has logged near 800mts mark,efforts are on to pump that water out.Next update 10am

Newsupdate:

1. As promised earlier HRC is publishing swimming record.
2. Mobile phones will be allowed from 16th September.
   

Heavy rains lashed twin cities yesterday night.Going will be heavy, late finishers may find it more difficult to make an impact.Card does not look punter friendly,caution is advised for followers of favourite.

Race1:Pavarotti(4)/Queensfortune(8)

Pavarotti, i feel is running in apt distance and will steal a commanding lead before others up.Arabian dancer was moving well in its last outing,now with +ve switch of jockey and shoes will be hot market fancy,but my logic is to trust a horse which has shown some form twice,Hence Pavarotti becomes my first choice.Note Queensfortune who is tracked by Imran khan himself instead of work jockeys,has been hiding true form for too long,can cause a major upset here.


Race2:Jaanbaaz(2)/Hide n seek(4)

Jaanbaaz looks fit,entrusted to its fav rider,will extend its best.Hide and seek can be live threat over this distance.Storm command was a sprinter,out of blue won over 9 furlongs in uninterested company,looks very difficult here.


Race3:Pygmalion(4)/Kansas City Mac(2)

Pygmalion ran good forward races against good horses,can simply run away with this race.Kansascity mac looks good for place over this extended distance.If u r looking for rank outsider place bet then opt for Triple nine who i feel has good initial speed,if taken to front can gain place berth.


Race4:Hurricane Bay(4)/Champ Forever(2)

Hurricane bay is in rousing form and in this distance,has very good chance to win.Champ forever was seen moving well in Coral gables race,has been prepared well,has to beat Hurricane bay.Khaleel's pride's last run was too bad to be believed,with hard taskmaster astride will be in contention but in the end they all have to beat Hurricane bay.


Race5:Palace Affairs(6)/Since(4)

Palace affairs at this feather weight will be hard to toss.Since is in form and can force a win.King size of late has developed slow start habit,will need to improve a lot.Gallant prince won in last race where rest all runners were carrying additional 4.5 kgs,hence looks doubtful here.Superflous is long shot place bet.

Race6:Southern Rose(3)/Parineeta(9)

Southern rose has best credentials over this step up distance and emerges as good long shot bet of the day.Parineeta has been consistent and will place for sure.Blue magic is best suited for 1200mts.


Race7:Above The Line(5)/Greek Fire(7)

If u want to assess who is better between Above the line and Global emperor look at the results of August10th.Above the line with almost same weight clocked 1.15.06 whereas Global emperor clocked 1.16.25..if we adjust weight even then at best it would have clocked 1.15.50 which means it has to improve atleast by 1 length to beat Above the line.Greek fire is no pushover ,looks very good and can upset.


Race8:Vijayrath(1)/Rudolph valentino(5)

Vijayrath looks better of lot inspite of top weight.Rudolph valentino's last run was too bad to be believed ,will run close to eventual winner.Clever ploy is the one which has surprised everyone by its brilliant turn of foot,but running within short span of time,hence fitness issue.Nanowar who earlier finished shorthead second to Vijayrath has completely lost form.Realtor is dark horse which is capable of upsetting the apple cart.Maximum city does not inspire confidence as it ranks very low in this terms race.


Race9:Execute(8)/Debonaire(1)

Except for Execute rest all are non winners.Execute is consistent and can win in this very poor set.Debonaire is non winner even after 39 runs in his career,has the best chance here to clear maiden status.Spinethemall has short bust,can only place.
